Teacher's Day: Meet the Real Hero of India, contributing towards making India a world guru
Every child is like a potter's raw pot, but a guru plays an important role in making life valuable to a child. The first teacher of every child is his mother and after that, during the course of education, only a teacher takes a child to the heights of success. Every year, 5 September is celebrated as Teacher's Day.
Teachers are the real potters in the lives of the students. Teachers not only shape our lives but also make us capable of shining like a star in spite of the darkness in the whole world.
'Teacher's Day' is celebrated on the birthday of the second President of India, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and commemorating his memory. It increases the respect of the teacher community.
Today we will tell you about such young teachers of India, who brought revolutionary change in education.
Ranjit Singh Disley:
For promoting girls' education, Ranjit Singh Disley, a primary school teacher from India, has been honored with the Global Teacher Prize Award of 1 million US dollars i.e. 7 crore Indian rupees. The story of 32-year-old Ranjit Singh from Paritewadi village in Solapur district of Maharashtra, who made the country proud on the international stage, is an inspiration to everyone.
Ranjit Singh wanted to become an IT engineer, but after reaching engineering college he realized that perhaps he was on the wrong track. His father suggested him to do teaching training. Ranjeet hesitantly went to the teacher training college and his life got a new direction when he reached there. He saw that teachers bring real change in the world, and he decided to become a teacher himself.
Ranjit Singh shared his methods by writing over 500 newspaper articles and blogs on academic topics, participating in television discussions.
Abhayanand and Anand Kumar of Super 30
Abhayanand and Anand Kumar drew such a line in education that today the whole world is saluting them. Super 30 movie is also released on him.
Abhayanand tells that more than 2000 students have cracked IIT from his Abhayanand, Rahmani, Magadha Super Thirty and CSR institutes outside the country. He says that my impression is being formed that now people of every society are trying to read children. They have come to understand that this is not a matter of the government's power. The figure is increasing only with the help of the society, it is good.
Anand Kumar, a teacher living in Patna district of Bihar, is a well-known name among engineering students not only in India but all over the world. His 'Super 30' program is world famous. Under this, they select 30 such hardworking students for IIT-JEE, who are from very poor families.
As of 2018, 422 of the 480 students he has taught have become IITians. You can guess the popularity of Anand Kumar from the fact that Discovery Channel has also made a documentary on him. He has also received invitations to lecture from world famous universities.
RK Srivastava with only one rupee gurudakshina-
Shri RK Srivastava (Rajni Kant Srivastava) is a well-known teacher and scholar of Bihar. RK Srivastava, popularly known as Mathematics Guru, was born in Bikramganj village of Rohtas district of Bihar state. RK Srivastava started teaching his early classes from his motherland Bikramganj.
RK Srivastava gave success in IIT, NIT, BCECE by giving free education to hundreds of helpless poor students of his village. Today, hundreds of these poor students are giving wings to their dreams leaving their poverty far behind. Guruji, who hails from Bikramganj in Rohtas district, is different from some other gurus. There are no frills here, but only students who dream on the basis of studies come. There is no fee between studies, but after completion, they do not leave anyone without taking Gurudakshina. Gurudakshina also only one rupee.
The name is Rajni Kant Srivastava aka Mathematics Guru RK Srivastava. So far, 540 students of poor families have made their dreams come true by becoming engineers and other government servants. His way of teaching maths in a magical way through play is amazing. Teach maths by doing practical from junk jugaad. The students also like the night classes run by them. He has also been the Guru of Google Boy Kautilya. Many records are recorded in his name.
Teach weak students also:
RK Srivastava lives in his ancestral small house in Bikramganj. Poor students now get wings of hope from this house. A ray of hope for many very ordinary and weak students is also seen here. Rajinikanth Srivastava, who considers great mathematician Ramanujam and Vashishtha Narayan Singh as his ideal, says that an engineer can become a doctor by selecting meritorious students through examination.
TB disease:
After the death of his father Parasnath Lal in his childhood, he got infected with TB. Elder brother Shivkumar Srivastava had a dream to become an engineer but due to illness he could not give the entrance exam of IIT. The dream of becoming an engineer was shattered. Later, the death of the elder brother also shocked him. There was a feeling in his mind that he would earn name and money by becoming an engineer, but got the support of mother and sister-in-law and the idea of producing forced children like himself came.
Mathematics became the medium. He himself knew the compulsion to pay the fees of poor children. They also knew that children are compelled to pay expensive fees, but they will not even study without paying. So Guru Dakshina kept one rupee. If this Guru Dakshina is successful, it made it mandatory to deposit it at all costs.
Rajinikanth Srivastava says that children like himself get a lot of satisfaction from reading and writing, who often lag behind due to lack of guidance. I am the guide, not the master. It is the love of the students, who have made me a mathematics teacher by respecting me so much.

RK Srivastava says that till now 540 students have been successful after studying from him. Everyone has come and given one rupee as Gurudakshina. The glory and importance of the Guru lies only in the success of the students. When students give him Gurudakshina, his mind is filled with respect.

Rajinikanth is named in the World Book of Records London for proving the Pythagorean theorem in 52 different ways. The name is recorded in the Golden Book of World Records for teaching in the night class for more than 450 times for about 12 hours. He has received awards from many people including President Ram Nath Kovind, former MP Shatrughan Sinha, former Rajya Sabha member RK Sinha, yoga guru Baba Ramdev, former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Rawat and Harish Rawat.
